Petit Planet: A Cozy Life Simulation Look a like by Animal Crossing and Pokémon Pokopia

For those of you who enjoy cozy life simulation games, you may already be familiar with this one. Yes, you heard that right—the game we are talking about is Petit Planet.

Petit Planet offers an eye-catching visual style with a distinctive aesthetic reminiscent of HoYoverse titles. Beyond its visuals, the overall vibe of Petit Planet also feels quite similar to popular life simulation games such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Pokémon Pokopia.

Of course, Petit Planet also features a variety of familiar activities for players who enjoy this genre. These include farming, fishing, and cooking, among others. These activities will become part of the player’s daily life as they explore and build their own life within the world of Petit Planet.

We were actually quite excited to try the game during its early access phase. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to play it at the time, as the game was still undergoing beta testing. However, we have already registered in hopes of getting the opportunity to participate in the game’s pre-release phase.

According to the available information, the Final Beta Test for Petit Planet will begin on September 20, 2026. Meanwhile, based on the official HoYoverse website, Petit Planet is currently scheduled to launch in Winter 2026. However, HoYoverse has not yet announced an exact release date.

We are certainly looking forward to getting the opportunity to explore Petit Planet more extensively and see what kind of experience the game will offer as it moves toward its official release.
